2018 was the exciting genesis of EBRPHA’s “season of transformation”. Critical steps were taken in 2018 to ensure the sustainability of our organization with the goal of providing quality housing and increasing the quality-of-life for our residents, our communities, EBR Parish and the Capital Area Region.
