The mission of the East Baton Rouge Parish Housing Authority is to provide and develop quality affordable housing opportunities for individuals and families while promoting self-sufficiency and neighborhood revitalization. The EBRPHA is an independent, autonomous agency. Its leadership and policy making are vested in a Board of Commissioners. We are part of the change.

East Baton Rouge Parish Housing Authority Offices remain closed to the public. However, staff can be reached via email, phone, fax, mail, and our drop box. The EBRPHA has adopted the attached COVID-19 HUD Waivers effective April 10, 2020.
Reporting Changes: Email your assigned Housing Analyst/Housing Manager if you have any changes. Click here for staff contact information. Paying rent/Evictions: Please make every effort to continue to pay rent per the most recent notice from the Housing Authority. If you are unable to pay your portion due to lost wages send an email to your Housing Analyst/Housing Manager. Housing Choice Voucher families should also communicate with their landlord.
